Pizarra Economica, through its website www.beta.ziguratex.com, meets the requirements of Law 34/2002, July 11th, about Services in Information Society and Electronic Commerce, in the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13th, about Protection of Personal Data and other European Directives related to the following Legal Notice.

1. Intellectual and Industrial Property

2. Registration Area
The registration area involves the use of a password, which it will be kept by the user who registers under his sole custody, and will be kept in strict and absolute confidentiality, assuming any damages and costs of any kind arising from the breach of this obligation or disclosure of the password and the misuse that as a result of the breach of its duty of care, could be made by a third part.
However, Pizarra Económica may unilaterally, without any prior notice, modify, suspend or revoke the password enabled, whenever it will be detected by Pizarra Economica some negligent use of the area by the registered user.
3. Governing Law
This Legal Notice is governed in each and every one of its clauses by the Spanish Law. The parties expressly waive the immunity they may be, and put under the Courts of the City of Madrid.
